    i normally only bake with apples...but have been thinking about trying some savory appetizers with pork and apple. i like your recipe..reminds me of something my mum would make on a chilly morning.

    My favorite is the simplest: Slice apples and 'fry' them in butter and sugar. Add cinnamon or nutmeg or ginger or a combination, serve over ice cream, or as a side dish with pork.

    I'm always trying to make the healthier choices for the recipes. I like these pancakes, they are high in fiber and I think they are low carb too! I hope you'll like them!
