Enoki with Pinenuts & Thyme

Ingredients

  • 4-5 ounces of enoki mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp toasted pinenuts
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • S&P to taste
  1. Heat olive oil in pan
  2. Stir fry mushrooms with pinenuts and thyem
  3. Season with S&P

    Oh, it looks good! But, is this really Enoki? It differs quite from the one that I know.
